Logistics

• Kick-off meeting with core organizers
  • Dave, Kyle, Carlus, Casey, Jason?

• Needed equipment and supplies:
  • wireless APs + cabling

  • printer & laptop for name badges

  • sponsor wall (will need some way to mount signs/banners to the wall)
  • signs for directions

Website

• set up mediawiki
  • copy pages from barcamp.org & convert format format
  • copy images and other files
• update last year's registration form and open registration

• To do: get high-res logos from them, or if they have their own poster/sign that they want to provide
